Our amazing client, a very unique venue using the finest on site ingredients is looking for a Sous Chef.
This venue is at a 1-2 Rosette level creating outstanding catering and function cuisine fresh stunning cuisine with a brigade of 10 chefs. This is a busy venue solely focused on the most memorable banqueting experiences. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
