The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience supporting young people (school-based or transferable)
* Be confident working with KS3-KS4 pupils
* Be patient, adaptable, and positive
* Be able to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
* Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS
Your Role May Include:
* Providing one-to-one or small-group support
* Assisting pupils with additional needs
* Helping maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
* Supporting teachers with lessons, behaviour, and resources
* Contributing to pupils' academic and personal development

* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
* You must have legal right to work in the UK
* You must be willing to attend a registration interview
