Your Role
As a Senior Nursery Leader, you will:
* Ensure the safety and welfare of children with strong safeguarding knowledge
* Implement the EYFS curriculum with a deep understanding of child development
* Lead and support Room Leaders, ensuring high-quality learning environments
* Work closely with parents and external partners to help children thrive
* Maintain a positive, creative, and inspiring atmosphere for children and staff
* Be an excellent communicator with both children and adults
What We Need From You
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Full & Relevant)
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Third-in-Charge or Room Leader
* Passion, leadership skills, and a drive to make a difference!
Schedule
Monday to Friday – Full-time
