Retail Store Manager (Furniture)- Aberdeen - £33,500 (OTE 50-55k)
We are seeking a commercially minded and inspiring Retail Store Manager (Furniture) to lead a dynamic team within a showroom environment. This position requires a proactive and people-focused leader who can drive sales, elevate team performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
As our new Retail Store Manager (Furniture) you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, setting clear expectations, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and high achievement. Through your leadership, the team will be empowered to exceed customer expectations and sales targets, supported by a strong training ethos and a highly motivational approach. You will lead from the front in terms of Sales and Customer Service.
In return for your dedication, you will benefit from an industry-leading, uncapped bonus scheme with a realistic on-target earning of up to £55,000 per annum.
