We’re looking for a Supply Chain Systems and Analytics Manager to join our team on a 6-12 month interim basis out of our HQ in Kings Hill (Kent).
Role Summary
The Supply Chain Systems and Analytics Manager serves as a pivotal link between the Global Supply Chain team, data, reporting and the Global IT function, translating technical requirements into actionable IT solutions. This role is responsible for managing all supply chain data, ensuring its accuracy, and effectively communicating insights to the team. The manager will oversee areas including quality, waste reduction, non-fruit procurement, and the implementation of new technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Drive Data Accuracy & Insight – Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of supply chain data to power smarter decisions.
* Dashboard Development – Create impactful dashboards and reports that turn raw data into actionable supply chain insights.
* Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs and uncover improvement opportunities to boost supply chain efficiency.
* BI & Tech Alignment – Bridge the gap between supply chain needs and IT capabilities for powerful BI tool development.
* Process Optimization – Champion process improvements and implement technologies that reduce waste and enhance performance.
* Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain high standards by aligning operations with regulatory and quality control requirements.
* Strategic Procurement – Manage non-fruit procurement with a focus on cost, quality, and strong supplier relationships.
* Supplier Performance Oversight – Monitor vendor performance and resolve delivery or quality issues proactively.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Serve as the key liaison between supply chain, IT, and senior leadership.
* Stakeholder Reporting – Deliver clear, data-backed updates on projects, challenges, and strategic progress.
Experience we look for:
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Significant supply chain management experience, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and technology implementation.
* Proven experience in collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement business intelligence tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Proficiency in supply chain management systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Strong understanding of data analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
* Familiarity with quality management systems and procurement processes.
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, adept at bridging technical and non-technical teams; highly organized and effective at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Proactive and analytical problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Desirable
* A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP) are advantageous.
