We’re seeking an exceptional CRM Manager to join a renowned telecoms provider, where you’ll take ownership of customer base performance and drive meaningful growth. In this key role, you’ll develop retention strategies, reduce churn, and create targeted upsell and cross-sell journeys supported by rich data insight. You’ll lead CRM strategy and automation, ensuring personalised, multi-channel engagement that delivers measurable commercial impact. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, you’ll champion a customer-first culture rooted in analytics and continuous improvement.
