French Linguist
We are looking for a French Linguist who will use their fluent French and English every single day at work. The role involves:
* Use spoken and written French and English daily via phone, email, and webchat.
* Undertake various forms of administration: scheduling shipments for export, translating company brochure pages for the marketing team, talking to French dealers daily, and data input.
* Communicate complex product information clearly and concisely.
* Develop and maintain good client relations, proactively making outbound calls to improve customer experience.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
* Excellent French and English language skills, equally fluent in spoken and written.
* Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex product information clearly.
* Enthusiastic to learn new skills and grasp large amounts of product information.
* Flair for developing and maintaining client relations.
* Ability to multitask across a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
