About Us

As a Support Worker you will be helping them learn Independent Life Skills, support based around Education, learning about Sellf-Identity, Boundaries and building Positive Relationships.

We also work with UASC Young People (Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker Children). We do not work with any form of Physical Intervention with our Young People and strive that they all have the same form of Support and opportunities as any other Young Person their age.

With our ambitious five-year growth plans, this role is crucial to driving our vision forward. Our Support Workers are at the heart of our company, as they are the ones who will be building strong rapports with our Young People and delivering support that will be helping to change their lives.
