Join our dedicated team as a HLTA to contribute to a nurturing and stimulating educational environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and lead whole-class teaching for PPA cover. This role is ideal for someone who embodies our school values, ensuring a calm and inclusive environment where pupils feel safe and motivated.

Focus on safeguarding and pupil welfare as a priority in all school activities.

Utilize ICT and digital tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and pupil engagement.
Good standard of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
Sound understanding of child development and learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
Confidence in using ICT and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
Awareness of the National Curriculum and effective classroom strategies to promote pupil progress.
Experience in supporting teaching and learning within a primary school or similar setting.
Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire pupils using creative and inclusive approaches.
