* Delivering creative and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
* Breaking down complex concepts and making learning engaging, accessible, and fun
* Building positive relationships with students and contributing to a supportive school culture
* Playing an active role in departmental planning and innovation

o QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a specialism in Mathematics
o Confidence in delivering the Maths curriculum to a range of ability levels
o A passion for education and a knack for making numbers meaningful
