Are you a creative and passionate Art & Design Tutor looking to make a real difference?
We are currently recruiting for an engaging and supportive Art & Design Tutor to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young people who may have struggled in mainstream education and help them build confidence through creativity.
The Role:
* Deliver Art & Design sessions to small groups of learners
* Plan engaging, practical and creative lessons
* Support students with varying educational and behavioural needs
* Encourage self-expression, confidence and positive engagement
* Create a safe, inclusive and motivating learning environment
We're Looking For:
* Experience teaching or tutoring Art & Design
* A passion for supporting young people in alternative education
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A patient, adaptable and positive approach
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or relevant tutoring/industry experience welcomed
