Air Conditioning Engineer - Central Belt - Salary up to £43,000
CBW are working with a leading provider of building services and facilities management, delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients across the region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial air conditioning systems (e.g., VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, FCUs).
Diagnose and repair system faults in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations, health and safety guidelines, and relevant legislation.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and site conditions.
Liaise with clients and site managers to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs (if applicable).
Identify and report any issues or opportunities for system improvements or upgrades.
Requirements: City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
F-Gas certification (Category 1).
Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair.
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and building services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
