Diary Management Assistant / EA 15 hours per week between Monday-Friday on a temporary basis for 7 months to begin on December 1st. This role is hybrid working (office based in Chelmsford) however our client can consider fully remote DOE. Duties will include: Manage and maintain a busy executive diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meeting times and logistics. Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or overlaps. Provide timely reminders and briefings to support preparation for meetings and events. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support general administrative tasks as required to ensure the executive's time is used effectively. This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties.Candidate requirements: Proven experience in diary management, executive assistance at C suite level, or a similar administrative role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism.
