Job Description


SIXT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive with extensive travel agency experience to drive business growth through existing and new travel agency partnerships across both corporate and leisure sectors. This field-based role will combine in-person meetings, virtual engagement, and proactive outreach (including cold calling) to build strong relationships, increase brand awareness, and maximise revenue. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a passion for travel, a strong commercial mindset, and the drive to elevate the SIXT brand across the travel industry.

This role will be based remotely and offers a competitive basic salary of £40k with a realistic OTE of £55K

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

* Account Management & Growth Actively manage and grow a portfolio of travel agency partners through regular face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, and outbound sales efforts.

* Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective travel partners to expand market reach.

* Strategic Sales Execution Plan and implement sales initiatives to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, collaborating with corporate teams to tailor partner solutions.

* Brand Representation & Training Represent the SIXT brand professionally at industry events and in the field, delivering product training and promotional updates to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

* Partner Support & Enablement Provide technical, procedural, and booking support to partners, ensuring a seamless rental experience and optimizing their performance.

* Data & Performance Management Maintain accurate partner records, track KPIs, and leverage CRM tools, GDS platforms, and booking engines to manage accounts effectively.


Qualifications


YOUR SKILLS COUNT

* Industry Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel industry sales, account management, or B2B relationship development, with strong knowledge of the travel agency ecosystem.

* Presentation & Communication Skills Confident and engaging presenter, capable of delivering impactful presentations to large groups and virtual audiences; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Relationship Building Natural relationship builder with a customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering high-quality service and an exceptional partner experience.

* Sales Drive Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and initiating contact both in-person and virtually; highly self-motivated and target-driven.

* Technical Proficiency Experienced with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Salesforce.

* Independent Working Able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability.
