Zest Education are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic secondary school in Birmingham City Centre, As a cover supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage classroom activities when the regular class teacher is absent. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience working in a school environment and contribute to the education of students. Working as a cover supervisor provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with students and support their education. Planning and marking is not a requirement of this role, allowing for a better work-life balance. While you will not be responsible for planning any subject-specific content, you will have the chance to engage with diverse subjects and topics, broadening your own knowledge base in the process.
