* Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management - essential
* Proven management experience within a domiciliary care setting - essential
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
* Strong business acumen with a genuine desire to develop and grow the service
* An inspiring and effective leader with excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence - essential
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and operational running of the domiciliary care branch
* Drive the growth and development of the service, identifying opportunities to expand and improve
* Ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
* Lead, support and develop a team of care coordinators and field‑based care staff
* Monitor and maintain the quality of care delivered to clients in their own homes
* Manage staff recruitment, induction, supervision and performance effectively
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners and commissioners
* Manage budgets and branch performance in line with business targets
