We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen and driving culinary excellence. The Role: This is a hands-on leadership position, perfect for a skilled Sous Chef ready to take the next step. You’ll play a crucial role in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team development. With a focus on fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, you’ll help us maintain our reputation for outstanding food in a unique rural setting.
