As Chief Information Officer Airline Tech, you will lead the digital transformation of TUI Airline, driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction through cutting-edge technology. This global leadership role is pivotal in aligning airline operations with the broader TUI Group technology strategy, ensuring seamless integration, efficiency, and resilience across all systems. You will be at the forefront of shaping the airline’s digital agenda, enabling smart airports, connected aircraft, and AI-powered solutions that enhance both performance and sustainability. As a key member of the management team, you will influence strategic decisions, foster a high-performing tech culture, and ensure TUI Airline remains a leader in digital aviation.

* Ensure reliability, performance, and cybersecurity of mission-critical airline systems through advanced threat intelligence and proactive defences.
* Collaborate with Supplier Management & Procurement to manage relationships with key technology suppliers, ensuring service excellence and competitive advantage across our technology ecosystem.
* Build and lead a lean, high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
* Provide strategic technology counsel to TUI Airline leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear business opportunities.

* You're a forward-thinking leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at executive level.
