Service Advisor Required - Norwich
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity in Norwich? Our client, a well-established and reputable dealership, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy team. This role offers an excellent chance to work within a respected brand and develop your career further.

1. Competitive basic salary of £27,565 plus OTE of up to £33,000
2. Working Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
3. Saturdays on a rota basis with time off in lieu in the month

Duties:
6. Providing excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for service customers
7. Managing the service process from booking in to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
8. Up-selling additional services and repairs where appropriate
9. Maintaining accurate documentation and workshop communications
10. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
11. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
14. Customer-focused with a professional attitude
15. Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes is desirable
