Role Overview
* Assisting with day‑to‑day office tasks such as answering calls and managing basic enquiries.
* Supporting teams by preparing and distributing forms, spreadsheets, letters and other documentation.
* Updating internal databases and ensuring information is accurate and current.
* Organising and filing documents, including scanning and maintaining digital records.
* Helping schedule meetings or site visits and coordinating communications with internal departments.
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with general office organisation.
* Shadowing staff to learn administrative processes, workflow systems and professional communication.
