Sous Chef – Euston – £38,000 + Tronc + Overtime
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to join a revitalised premium pub and events venue in Euston.
This role is ideal for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking to step up and take real ownership in the kitchen. You’ll play a key role in leading service, maintaining high standards, and helping develop a small kitchen team.

Maintain consistency, quality, and organisation
What we’re looking for

Strong fresh food experience in a busy kitchen
*
Previous experience as Senior CDP or Junior Sous
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Calm under pressure and passionate about quality food
