This role involves supporting the Global Merchant & Network Services, particularly within the GS&C division, focusing on the Field Training & Enablement Americas team. The position reports to the Director, Global Capabilities & Tools Field Enablement and Training, and involves developing strategies and solutions to enhance sales enablement and learning for the GMNS organization, with a focus on the Merchant Salesforce platform.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Building strategic relationships with regional stakeholders.
2. Defining goals and KPIs for MerchantForce adoption.
3. Analyzing data to drive business performance.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop support strategies.
5. Understanding stakeholder responsibilities and needs.
6. Developing and maintaining stakeholder OKRs.
7. Executing field enablement strategies and trainings.
8. Influencing the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Understanding of sales and client management teams.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills, experience with data from Cornerstone/LUMI.
* Proficiency in Data Science Libraries, Python, SQL, and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Results-driven, capable of change management and managing priorities.
* Attention to detail, accountability, integrity.
* Customer and user experience passion.
* Experience with CRM/Salesforce.com preferred.
* Experience creating and delivering training content.
