The Tea Room and Shop at Castle Kennedy Gardens are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team.
We are looking for people who are passionate about creating a unique and enjoyable customer experience. Both positions require excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tea Room main duties include:
* Serving customers in the Tea Room and Shop (ticketing and retail)
* Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and light meals and cakes
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Assisting with other duties as required
Shop main duties include:
* Serving customers in the Shop, ticket sales and retail and plant sales
* Greeting all customers and providing attraction information
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Assisting with other duties as required
The ideal candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training is provided for the right candidates.
Pay dependent upon experience.
