Position Role: On behalf of HQ AITC, conduct training assurance and continuous improvement in accordance with JSP 822 DSAT direction and guidance for Basic Training to enable the high-quality delivery of training in support of inflow into the Army and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the HQ AITC 2* Assurance programme in accordance with JSP 822 DSAT Policy.
2. Conduct Training Assurance of existing training provision, in accordance with JSP 822 DSAT policy & guidance, using TAFMIS.
3. Conduct continuous improvement activity focussed on improving quality and relevance of training, drawing from CITAT, Ops Gps QIAPs and LWC Lessons.
4. Liaise with Training Requirements Authorities (TRAs) and Training Providers (TPs) as required to enable the effective application of DSAT across all training outputs.
5. Deputise for SO1 Training Coherence when required.
6. Support the HQ AITC team across all of its training functions as directed by Line Management.
