to spearhead their mission to expand market reach, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll own the entire growth function — from sales and professional services to customer success — and play a pivotal part in shaping their go-to-market strategy. About the Role As Head of Growth, you’ll: Define and execute integrated growth strategies, covering lead generation, acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and retention. Take ownership of the sales pipeline
from prospecting through to close, including outreach, demos, proposals, and negotiations. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, spanning Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-first thinking. Drive revenue targets, reporting on KPIs such as new revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, and sales efficiency. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Identify market trends and competitor insights, translating them into compelling value propositions and strategic opportunities. Work closely with Product and Technical teams to align go-to-market plans and deliver seamless customer experiences. Manage financial forecasting, resource planning, and billing processes related to recurring revenues and professional services. About You We’re looking for someone who brings: A proven track record of
achieving and exceeding sales targets
in a B2B software or technology environment. Deep experience in
consultative, solution-based selling, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate tailored solutions. Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align growth strategies to broader business goals and deliver measurable results. Leadership experience, including
building, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams
for high performance. Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
