Key Accountabilities & Outcomes Clinical Quality & Safety - Maintain 95% compliance with CQC standards across all services. - Achieve and sustaining AIMs accreditation for Brocklesby Lodge. - Ensure 90% of care plans are rated high quality in monthly audits. - To ensure 100% referrals are assessed within 28 days.

* To prioritise developing an effective clinical dashboard. - Maintain 100% completion of quarterly risk register reviews. - Complete 90% of serious incident investigations within 60 days. - Maintain compliance with electronic health record standards.

Patient Outcomes & Experience - To work in partnership with the Out of Area Rehabilitation Senior Operational Manager to develop an appropriate and representative outcome measurement approach - Achieve 90% positive user experience feedback - Ensure 85% of patients meet rehabilitation goals at discharge - Explore ongoing mental health service engagement or re-referral requirements for individuals who have had a period of rehabilitation. - Actively engage with the rehabilitation (NAV4U) forum to ensure individual service user voices are embedded in any quality improvement initiatives. - Increase service user participation in development of service/audits/reviews Workforce & Leadership - Review the job descriptions for all staff to ensure that they are KPI and rehabilitation focused, with clear differentiations between bandings. - Review the interview process.

* Create developmental pathways for staff. - Maintain 95% compliance with team mandatory training. - Ensure 90% of staff have an up-to-date Personal Development Review. - Ensure 90% of staff have effective supervision monthly which includes reflective practice to support learning.
* Improve staff engagement with 80% reporting feeling supported. - Support the implementation of succession planning for the service teams. Operational & Financial Performance - Ensure 95% adherence to delegated budgets. - Ensure beds are purchased per financial rehabilitation plan.

Service Improvement & Transformation - Deliver at least 2 measurable quality improvement projects annually. - Introduce 2 innovations annually to improve service user and staff experiences within rehabilitation service - Close or reduce 90% of risks within agreed timeframes. - Engage with the rehabilitation forum to identify any improvement and transformation plans Education, Training & Development - Ensure 100% of new starters complete induction within 4 weeks. - To develop rehabilitation specific induction pathway.

* Along with the Out of Area Rehabilitation SOM, to develop CPD sessions accessible for all staff - Maintain 95% compliance with CPD requirements across staff. - Review training needs of the service annually. - Achieve 90% positive feedback on student placements. Research & Evidence-Based Practice - Implement 95% of relevant NICE guidance across services.
* Deliver 2 annual audits with action plans completed. - Produce 1 peer-reviewed improvement project or publication annually. Other Duties: -To provide clinical, confidential oversight and care to staff members who may require use of Navigo's mental health services Decision-Making & Leadership Act as a visible clinical and governance leader, demonstrating accountability and inclusive leadership. Ensure decision-making is underpinned by evidence-based practice, regulatory standards, service user voice and measurable outcomes.

Empower teams through devolved authority while holding clear accountability for delivery of outcomes. Personal Responsibilities Maintain professional registration and compliance with NMC / HCPC / Social Work England codes of practice. Achieve and maintain 95% compliance in personal mandatory training. Model Navigo's values of compassion, inclusivity and community focus.
