Responsibilities
* Model and monitor new active city networks
* Identify and augment the existing network as required
* Deliver short, medium, and long-term forecasts for all network components
* Incrementally improve network capacity monitoring and operational excellence using automation and AI
* Work with vendors to secure a repeatable supply chain
What You’ll Bring To The Role
* You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytics and mathematical skills, and well-developed troubleshooting methodologies.
* Experience with network troubleshooting and telemetry tools
* Familiarity with virtualization platforms, particularly QEMU (Quick Emulator) / KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine)
* Programming skills in Perl, Rest, Shell, or Python
* Good understanding of layer 2 & 3 technologies with an emphasis on Ethernet
* Excellent understanding of platform monitoring and analytics tools
