Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in New Milton for a Technical Coordinator. The responsibilities include operating responsibilities for all stages of the design process including statutory approvals. You will also optimise the scope and requirements of the project, providing cost‑effective and technically accurate design solutions to maximise return on investment.
You will have a proven track record within a design environment with a B.I.A.T./Degree or similar. A sound knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers and SAPS is essential.
Qualifications
* Experience of working on large scale residential developments
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess technical details and solve complex problems
* Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service to address and resolve inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
* Demonstrated Project Management experience with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities effectively
* Attention to detail and organisational capabilities
* Comfortable working under pressure with competing demands
* Knowledge of regulatory standards in the construction and housing industry including terminology
* Relevant educational background or certifications in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred
