Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and coach the sales team

Skills & Requirements:
* IT sales experience including team leadership
* Strong background in account management and relationship building.
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Confident communicator and negotiator.
* Comfortable driving change and introducing new processes
