Temporary Customer Service Representative - Cardiff£13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay4 monthsMonday to Friday - 8.45am - 4.45pm - office basedValid DBS requiredStarting 18th August 2025Are you personable and have a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile? Can you cope effectively under pressure, be patient, professional and adaptable?Should you have demonstrable experience in acustomer service roleengaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.We have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to handle the day-to-dayprocessing ofvisa applications & renewals.This will include but not limited to greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to a follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.Engagement with applicants and providing a first class, positive service are key.
Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.A validDBSis required as part of the screening process.
