We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team in Warwick on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and planning service deliverables within a technical publications managed service, while providing vital support to production teams across ongoing projects and reporting activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Support project management with reporting to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide administrative support to both the Project Management and Production Management teams.
* Assist the Project Manager with reporting on operational performance and highlighting areas for improvement.
* Support operational teams with project setup activities and JIRA administration as required.
* Create, maintain, and update local process documentation.

* Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload, demonstrating a confident and proactive work ethic.

Hours & Location:
* 40 Hours Monday – Friday
* Warwick – Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
