We're looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our team at The Market House. This role is perfect for someone who would like to be part of our journey, growing our kitchen into a source of considered, nutritious and exciting food for our growing audience in Tonbridge and beyond. You will work with the very best produce, cooking seasonal menus that celebrate our region, our local farmers and suppliers. We are organised, productive and execute dishes to a high standard from our busy kitchen and you will help us take the next step.
The Role
* Execute breakfast, lunch and special occasion menus.
* Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality on every plate.
* Manage daily ordering and stock control.
* Ensure kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with food hygiene standards.
* Work closely with the leadership team and front of house to deliver consistent service.
* Maintain and grow relationships with our trusted suppliers.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (CDP or similar role).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliability and ability to follow direction.
* Knowledge of stock control and ordering processes.
* Food hygiene and safety awareness.
* A positive, team-focused attitude.
