About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and emotional support for children in our Nottingham home. This is a low-risk, nurturing environment focused on emotional wellbeing, routine, and personal growth—not a setting where you face aggressive behaviours daily.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver child-centred care and support daily routines

What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* Experience in residential childcare or similar care setting
* Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
* Full UK driving licence
