We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent Operation Support Coordinator to join our Compliance Services Team working from our Greenham Hub.

The role

You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by managing planned, compliance, and repair appointments efficiently and effectively. Working closely with colleagues and contractors, you'll ensure all work meets regulatory standards and supports a consistent, customer-focused experience across our housing stock. This role requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, aligned with our values at SNG.

Key Accountabilities Include

1. Ensure safe, timely, and customer-focused service outcomes.
2. Promote a positive, safety-led culture and escalate concerns appropriately.
3. Collaborate effectively across teams, partners, and departments.
4. Adapt to workload changes and support cross-functional priorities.
5. Build trust-based relationships with field teams and stakeholders.
6. Identify resourcing needs to maintain service continuity and mitigate risk.
7. Monitor reports to track targets, optimise operative utilisation, and flag issues.
8. Act as the first point of contact for operational queries in your area.
9. Assist with complaint handling and resolution.
10. Ensure consistent application of systems and processes across teams.
11. Maintain strong knowledge of compliance, legislation, and procedures.

Financial Management

1. Follow processes to ensure financial compliance and budget alignment.
2. Accurately process purchase orders and invoices.
3. Support cost recovery and improvement project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

1. Build effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders.
2. Follow organisational policies and represent the business professionally.
3. Ensure data and compliance standards are met and maintained.

Knowledge & Skills Required

1. Ability to support colleagues during high workload periods.
2. Experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
3. Creative problem-solving skills that drive improvements.
4. Excellent decision-making skills for responsive customer outcomes.
5. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in busy environments.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
8. Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence others.
9. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation related to compliance.
10. Understanding of data responsibilities, breaches, and industry standards.
11. High-level understanding of safety compliance processes to manage risks effectively.
12. Ability to assess data issues and monitor data quality.
