Key to demonstrating how Quilter Platform have customers at the heart of the business by:
1. Acting as forum secretary for the Platform’s governance forums
2. Managing consumer duty-related matters for the Customer Proposition team, including foreseeable harms, conflicts of interest, and material controls, as well as reporting on these to internal stakeholders / forums including contributing to the Quilter Board Annual Assessment
3. Overseeing the Platform annual product reviews
4. Responding to ad-hoc regulatory and executive-level questions about Consumer Duty, governance, or the Customer Proposition, supporting key stakeholders including the Chief Customer Officer and the Proposition Director
5. Performing analysis and investigation of product-related matters and authoring papers on findings for the Platform forums
6. Managing governance policies and the terms of reference for Platform forums
7. Responding to compliance monitoring / audits
8. Coordinating the Platform Proposition Risks & Controls Self-Assessment
Consumer Duty
Whilst this isn’t a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers by keeping customers front-and-centre in all Customer Proposition activities and forums.
About You
9. Highly organised, self-starting, able to develop strong peer-relationships across the organisation
10. An excellent understanding of the market and industry, with experience in Consumer Duty and Product Governance
11. An excellent understanding of all relevant regulatory bodies and associated principles, able to interpret and apply them where required
12. Able to distil complex discussions on wide-ranging topics into a coherent set of decisions and actions
13. An in-depth understanding of products, services, and best practice within the platform market
14. Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills
