Office based 3 days per week, 2 days a week hybrid. Successful applicants will work as part of a team providing the first point of contact over the telephone, webchat, email, whitemail and face to face for all Somerset Council Services. You'll be reciving inbound calls from the public, service users and other internal and external professionals and organisations.
