Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead large-scale ground mount solar PV installations ranging from 200kWp to 60MWp.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in solar PV, comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and a proven track record in managing quality systems, contractors, and Health & Safety compliance.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee the setup and daily operations of the site.
* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company quality standards.
* Manage contractors, logistics, and site safety effectively.
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV.
* SMSTS certification, First Aid, and Fire Warden training.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and quality systems.
