JAG Talent is partnered with a leading Media company based in Woking to hire a motivated trainee accountant into their team. This is a 9 month contract requiring an immediate start. Are you working towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA and wanting a role with clear progression and development? This role focuses on bank reconciliations, cash postings, intercompany accounting, and assisting with reporting, forecasting, and fixed asset processes. Key Responsibilities Post and reconcile cash transactions Support cashflow forecasting and cash management Prepare monthly journals (e.g. intercompany, PSA, employee loans) Manage intercompany accounts and reconciliations Assist with capital expenditure processes and asset accounting Contribute to monthly reporting and group submissions Perform balance sheet reconciliations About You Studying ACA/ACCA/CIMA (study support provided) Strong Excel and ERP/system skills Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment *This role offers hybrid working requiring 3 days on site in the Woking office and two days from home.
