In this role, you will be managing the quality processes and procedures, handling customer complaints and investigations, and performing internal audits.
There will be inhouse training on the specific ISO standard that needs to be adhered to, with clear scope to progress your quality toolbox.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, working with cutting edge technology with plenty of training opportunities.
The Role: Resolving customer complaints, conducting RCA and handling investigations Conducting quality spot checks and performing routine audits to ISO standards Supporting the production departments to ensure all control measures are followed Monday to Thursday, 8:30am
