Our client is a well-established aluminium fabrication business based in Ellesmere Port and is seeking an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager to lead and oversee production operations. This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience within aluminium fabrication and glazing systems. The Role: Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production output Manage and lead a shop floor team of approximately 17 operatives Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met Supervise fabrication of Windows, Doors, and Curtain Wall systems Work closely with senior fabrication staff and technical teams Implement and improve production processes and efficiencies Ensure health & safety compliance across the factory Liaise with management, suppliers, and project teams as required The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a Factory Manager / Production Manager role within aluminium fabrication Strong background in windows, doors, and curtain wall systems Experience managing shop floor teams and senior fabricators Good technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret drawings Confident using technical systems and Windows-based software Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 Stable, long-term position with a growing business Opportunity to take own...
