We have an exciting opportunity for a Homeownership Admin Officer tosupport the Homeownership team to deliver an outstanding and compliant, customer focussed management of processes for Homeowners and Leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* To provide support to the Homeownership Team through responding to enquiries received and managing inboxes to ensure swift resolution or triaging of incoming enquiries or caseload.
* Liaise with the team and wider organisation to arrange key meetings, taking accurate minutes and circulating to the appropriate audience
* Collate and prepare information and documentation for the Homeownership Team for circulation to the wider business, external partners and Homeowners, including providing reports and presentations as required
* Actively engage with dissatisfied customers, ensuring resolution in line with service standards and customer satisfaction requirements with an aim to minimise formal complaints received.
