This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a school setting.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
* Support pupils in completing assigned work
* Work across a range of subjects and year groups
* Build positive relationships with students and school staff

* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Are confident leading a classroom environment
* Have experience working with young people (desirable)
* Are reliable, professional, and adaptable
