We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to be responsible for creating, managing, and executing dynamic and engaging content strategies that elevate the brand presence of our F1 team across various media platforms.
They will contribute to building a strong narrative around the team, fostering fan engagement, and driving awareness through innovative content tailored to our audience, and also focus on our commercial partner content, managing the ideation, delivery, production and distribution of our partners’ content. From moving image production to editorial content conceptualization and delivery, you will be required to create content that engages fans of both VCARB and our partners – resulting in a simultaneous win for all brands.

1. Collaborate with the Senior Content Manager to shape and execute a best-in-class content strategy that supports the goals of the wider marketing department. Proactively identify new content opportunities for our partners, enabling them to tell their stories across their and our channels.
Lead on assigned content projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with production partners and freelancers to ensure content meets the needs of the Content & Social Team, Fan Engagement, and broader Communications & Brand Team.
A large focus on longer form for channels such as YouTube, working closely with the wider Digital team on the programming for the year and development of content strands.
2. Be the content champion for the team – owning and sharing learnings and best practice across all account manages and partners.
Manage key relationships with our contracted production companies and editorial freelancers, ensuring content quality is maintained to the high standards expected and any administration of these key contracts are maintained.
Ensure all content is planned, ingested and logged within relevant systems to aid the amplification and impact of our content across the brand.
3. Have a clear understanding of the VCARB brand, positioning & TOV, be the expert in what sets us and our content apart, and working with the wider Digital team to help partners understand how ‘being more Red Bull’ will enable their content to land more impactfully.
Understand and brief production teams and project leads to ensure any developed content is delivered in line with channel best practice.
4. Ensure our content is correctly distributed within the Team and across the VCARB / Red Bull Media network to enhance content reach & engagement.
Have input into upcoming archive and technical discussions to ensure our content is backed up and readily available for use. Aide in the identification of the best solution to provide efficiencies in the accessing and archive of content across the department.

6. Demonstrable understanding of key content trends and success metrics;
7. A keen understanding of branding and marketing strategies specific to F1, ensuring all content aligns with the team's identity and values, while also keeping a pulse on trending visual styles in motorsports;
8. Experience in developing content that fosters community building and fan engagement, creating opportunities for interactive experiences across digital platforms;
9. Familiarity with content management and planning tools;
10. Ability to integrate content strategies with broader marketing and communication goals, ensuring alignment with the team's objectives for brand growth and visibility;
11. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with effective organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content under pressure;
12. Ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations during race weekends and other events, producing timely and relevant content while managing potential PR challenges that arise;
