We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Marketing Executive to join our central team, supporting marketing activity across our Open House venues.
This is a hands-on, dual-site role at the heart of our marketing function, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, keeping things moving behind the scenes, and playing a key part in how our brand show up day to day.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support the delivery of marketing across the Open House venues, working closely with our Head of Marketing to keep everything aligned, on time, and on brand.
* Supporting campaigns, launches and day-to-day marketing activity across our venues
* Keeping marketing calendars, trackers and key documents up to date
* Assisting with the coordination of content, assets and campaign materials
* Scheduling social media posts and helping draft captions and copy
* Gathering content from sites and supporting digital and social channels
* Monitoring engagement and flagging opportunities or feedback
* Checking and updating digital listings and booking platforms
* Supporting with general admin, reporting and internal communications
What we’re looking for
Someone who is naturally organised, proactive and takes pride in getting the details right, with a genuine interest in hospitality, food and drink.
* Experience in a marketing, social media or communications role
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Confident written communication and a good understanding of tone of voice
* Comfortable using tools like Microsoft 365, Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo and social platforms
* A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams and venues
* A proactive mindset; someone who follows things through and looks for ways to improve
