West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a part time Kitchen Assistant for Phoenix Resource Centre.
We provide services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and for those with frailty and dementia.
The Successful Applicant Will Be Responsible For
* To undertake general kitchen duties including preparing and cooking light dishes ordered by customers during service
* Ability to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure
* Ability to work quickly but efficiently
* Good communication skills
* High standards of personal hygiene.
* An interest in food and catering
Please note this role is fixed term for one year from start date - Interim support (short term organisational change)
Working pattern: 10am to 2pm
