What You'll Do
* Carry out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard, aiming for first-time fixes.
* Multi-trade experience, including Carpentry/Kitchen/Bathroom fitter experience is essential for this role.
* Represent Paradigm professionally in residents' homes, ensuring a respectful and courteous approach.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns promptly.
* Manage van stock efficiently and minimise material waste.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
* Support apprentices and team members with guidance and mentoring.
