Logistics Administrator (Part-Time to Full-Time) Redditch
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and growing transport operation in Redditch.
This is a flexible role that can initially be part-time, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Booking in drivers and coordinating daily transport activities
* Maintaining driver and vehicle compliance records
* General administration duties and data entry
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with driver and customer enquiries
* Updating internal systems and transport documentation
* Supporting the transport and logistics team with day-to-day operations
* Filing, record keeping and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Comfortable speaking with drivers, customers and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Hours
* Flexible working hours available
* Part-time initially with the potential to become full-time
* Monday to Friday
