Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in office software and phone etiquette.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures

- Perform general clerical duties, such as typing, data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficiency in computerised office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite,

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently

- Strong clerical skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 9am to 5pm

Schedule:

Education:

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
