Due to further growth, a new vacancy has arisen for a pensions team manager with an in-house firm working from their Edinburgh office, with a return to hybrid working as standard. They will also consider candidates with 5+ years of experience in defined benefit pensions to advance their career and lead the team.
The successful applicant will manage key projects for the team. Previous technical experience in defined benefit pensions and client management within pensions is essential. Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure compliance.
You will work with clients managing a mix of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. Technical knowledge of pensions administration, scheme rules, and current legislation is required. The role offers an opportunity for someone with in-depth knowledge of the defined benefit market and relevant qualifications to take full ownership and contribute significantly to the team's success.
