The role involves managing reception duties with professionalism, ensuring the office operates seamlessly, and supporting high-profile meetings and events. Additional responsibilities include overseeing office supplies, coordinating mail, facilities maintenance, and assisting with event planning and catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with receptionist, PA, or administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, who is eager to expand into PA and event management responsibilities. You will gain valuable exposure supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses.
